Where Do I Go? ...and What to Expect
CttT offers both TeleHealth and in-person services depending on provider and client preference. Our office is located at 20 Main Street, Camden, NY and offers a welcoming and private space to meet. The entrance is in the front of the building and ample public parking is available.
Before your first appointment, you will receive an email to access the secure client portal. The email will come from “Come to the Table Counseling” and sometimes is filtered to your junk mail. The direct website is https://cometothetablecounseling.clientsecure.me/sign-in. Your client portal will allow you to complete demographic information, insurance information, provide a brief overview of what concerns you are looking to address during therapy and schedule appointments (if enabled by your provider). Completing the paperwork in advance will allow you to save valuable time during your first appointment and allows you to start working immediately.
During the first meeting, you will begin to get to know your therapist. You will talk about the reasons you are seeking therapy and you may complete an assessment or two to help develop a firm understanding of the work to be accomplished during future meetings. By the time you leave your first appointment you will have set some tentative goals and establish how often to meet
